Meet the Team

Dr. Jackson was born and raised in New Jersey. He did his undergraduate studies in Biology and Chemistry at Raniapo College of New Jersey. Dr. Jackson attended New York Chiropractic College where he obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic. After graduation, he worked at various chiropractic offices in northern New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

In 1991 Dr. Jackson took over the Cumberland Chiropractic Center, founded in 1953 by Dr. Joseph Jones. Although a short relationship, he is ever grateful to Dr. Jones for his help and expertise.

In his spare time, Dr. Jackson enjoys spending time with his wife of 43 years, Yvonne and his two grown children, Bryan, Kristi, and Kristi's husband, David. He is an avid reader and loves doing projects around the house. He also enjoys taking his two dogs, Loki and Odie, for long walks and is in the process of restoring his prized 1965 VW Bus handed down to him from his father.

Dr. Jackson has been delivering chiropractic healthcare to the citizens of Millville and all of Cumberland County region for 34 years. With his wife, Yvonne, as Office Manager/Chiropractic Assistant the practice runs on a more one-on-one personal family care approach. We pride ourselves on having our office run the way healthcare used to be, Family Oriented!

Continuing his service to the community, Dr. Jackson frequently works as a substitute teacher in the Millville School System, primarily at Lakeside Middle School.

Post Graduate Degrees:

CCSP — Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician - specific to treating injuries in athletes, injury prevention and natural performance enhancement. From child athletes to weekend warriors to professional athletes.

FICPA- Fellowship International Chiropractic Pediatric Association - Natural chiropractic care for infants and children. Specific techniques focusing on treatments and nutrition for newborns through the teen years. Also focusing on adjusting techniques for moin's during and afier pregnancy.

FIACA- Fellowship International Academy of Clinical Acupuncture -Applying the principles of acupuncture without the needles.

Before taking over Cumberland Chiropractic Center in December 1991, I had the privilege to gain experience working for another chiropractor from North Jersey. Knowing my husband, Dr. Jackson was in school for chiropractic I started this job in 1985. I learned so much from hands-on experience as well as being a Graduate of The Parker Chiropractic Assistant's Program.

In December 1991, my husband and I purchased Cumberland Chiropractic Center in South Jersey. We renovated our home office over the years to best accommodate our patients. In the beginning, while I was raising our children, I kept hand on as Office Manager. Hiring and overseeing the daily run of the staff and office.

Eventually, we found that just Doctor and I made a wonderful team! I now work at the Front Desk, scheduling, answering phones, insurance as well as patient education/care. I love to attend seminars to better educate myself as well as our patients. Our patients are an extension of our family and I am here to help by any means. I strive to make sure every patient's visit is a pleasant and positive experience.

Dr. Jackson and I will be married for 43 years this October (2025). We have two grown children, Bryan, who live in Philadelphia and Kristi along with our son-in-law David who lives in West Long Branch. We are surrounded by four cats and two dogs! In my spare time 1 love spending time with family and friends, crafting, playing with our animals and traveling.

I love to be positive and laughing, my goal is to make sure you leave the office with a smile on your face and the feeling that Cumberland Chiropractic Center is the right place for all your chiropractic needs.
